Healthcare

Team members who average at least 30 hours per week are eligible for insurance coverage. Monthly premiums are split between two pay periods and deducted from each paycheck—except during months with three paychecks, when no deduction occurs on the third.

The Texas Operators Association (TXOA) offers healthcare coverage options for all Team Members employed by a Texas Operator. Information, overview, and pricing can be found HERE.
