Square POS System

Please follow the instructions below when the Chick-fil-A card processing system goes down and cards cannot be processed or stored locally.

Swipes at the FSRs are located in a manilla envelope taped to the left door of a black cabinet in the office.

Swipes at the Mall are located in a manilla envelope taped to the left door of a black cabinet in the office.

Instructions

  1. Connect to CFA Private WiFi (avoid Guest WiFi for this process).

  2. Download the Square Point of Sale (POS) App if it's not already installed on the restaurant iPad.

  3. Login using your restaurant email:

    1. 02719@cfalubbock.com

    2. 01036@cfalubbock.com

    3. 00290@cfalubbock.com

  4. Ask David Friedli or Corie Williams for the password.

  5. Attach Square swipe to iPad charging port.

  6. Click "Checkout" in the bottom left corner, then select "Keypad" in the upper left corner.

  7. Enter the guest's total with tax included, review sale, and swipe card.

  8. Tender as "Cash" in the Chick-fil-A POS System.
