Purpose

The Progression Plan provides resources and tools for Mulkey Hospitality Team Members to advance within their current role or develop key leadership skills required for promotion.

How to Get Involved

  • Visit the 'View Your Progression Plan' on any Google Sheet Platform.

  • Request your next step (Book, Podcast, Course etc).

  • Complete assigned Leadership Development Exercises (LDE).

  • Remain in good standing for a minimum 90 Days.

  • Each advancement will need approval from your Executive Director and Operating Partner.
